Arranging Saturdays

I love to arrange flowers, all kinds, and use them in as many ways as I can.  So I'm starting  Arranging Saturdays to share with all of you the arrangements I do and maybe give you inspiration to do them yourself.  I'll try to share as much information as I can to help you create your own arrangements and enjoy them during your week to come.

It's sometimes nice to have fresh flowers in different rooms of the house.  It makes us see them better when they aren't in the same spot every time.   I think this week I'll do an arrangement for my bedroom.

When I was walking in the yard the other day I noticed one of my bushes had small white flowers blooming.  They were so pretty and would make a very pretty small arrangement.  They had short, woody stems so it needed to be a small dish.

I also picked a few small pink stems off a weeping cherry tree. Remember last Saturday's arrangement I did for my dining room?  It was the same flower just shorter stems.
I used my glass flower frog because it was so short, and put that in a shallow aluminum dish on top of a small metal stand.  I think it came out very cute.

Big things can come in small packages, and I think this touch of pink added a big punch.  Happy Saturday.
